Mr. Moorman is one of approximately 3,500 of 350,000 CPAs nationally who have achieved the additional designation of Personal Financial Specialist. He has authored numerous articles and lectures on topics regarding tax, financial and estate planning issues. He is a member of the Education Task Force for the State Personal Financial Planning Committee of the California Society of CPAs. Additionally, Mr. Moorman serves as the current Chairperson of the Planned Giving Council of the El Camino Hospital Foundation and chairs the Investment Committee and Finance Committee for the Foundation Board of Governors. He is a charter member of the Financial Planning Forum of Palo Alto. He is also the Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Palo Alto Downtown Business and Professional Association.
